Exhibition explores convergence of sport and art

"Muscle, Movement, Measure," Michael B. Baum's exhibition of drawing, exploring the convergence of sport and art, is in its final week at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology's Apex Gallery, 501 E. St. Joseph St. and will close Friday. The exhibit uses 40 drawings from four different series, exploring the intersection of kinesiology, drawing and technology. Baum is an assistant professor of art at Black Hills State University and the curator for the Ruddell Gallery. Admission is free.
